Fast furnishes the terrace of the exclusive Lancaster Hotel in Paris

The Lancaster Hotel is an exclusive Parisian hotel just a stone’s throw from the Champs Elysées and has always been a touchstone for guests in search of stylish and elegant accommodation in the French capital. Fast has furnished the inner courtyard terrace, which is outfitted from May to October every summer according to a particularly evocative theme. This year, the theme is “La dolce vita”, a tribute to Italy and to the vibrant and sensual atmosphere of Vacanze romane, the beauty of a land where nature, culture and style strike a poetic and mesmerising balance. Seyladon, the Fast retailer specialising in outdoor furniture and lighting, devised the concept chromatically in the “Blooming Colors” project.

The focus is the iris flower with its typical spring freshness, which has always been a symbol of sincerity, wisdom, beauty and trust. Fast has interpreted this flower through its outdoor furniture, designed to combine performance, functionality, comfort and style. The extensive customisation possibilities afforded by the Fast product range (more than five thousand combinations of aluminium, rope and fabric finishes available) made it possible to recreate the shape and colours of these blooms using furniture: petals in shades of deep blue gradually shifting to blue and white with an orange accent provided by the pistil.

On the terrace of the Lancaster Hotel, sofas, tables and chairs in shades of sky blue and blue blend with paler colours, in shades of grey and white, sometimes embellished with blue cushions. The orange hue picked for the sofa cushion upholstery covers introduces a delightful accent of colour. The seats and sofas were selected for this project by Seyladon. These include the Ria and Ria Soft collections in various versions: woven, quilted backrest and padded backrest. The outfit is completed with tables and coffee tables in various sizes and colours: Moai in the round version, Allsize with rectangular top and Wild in both the table and the low coffee table version, amid sofas and armchairs for a cosy lounge corner. An opportunity to relax in an outdoor setting marked by Italian design and superior comfort.
